Shrinkydinks are among some of the most classic crafting activities! We remember making these fun plastic charms and pieces after those long, hard days in middle school. This is the perfect workshop to introduce a young one to this fun project and share some creative time together. Print your own designs onto paper for tracing onto your shrinky-sheet with provided pencil crayons and permanent markets or go rogue and doodle outside the lines with an image from your creative mind! Each student will receive two (2) sheets of “shrinky” plastic to use in this workshop. Your images will shrink to ONE THIRD of their original size to become a charm, please keep this in mind when you are choosing images to trace. These accessories have been used for years as fun, personalized additions to knapsacks, keychains, purses and jewellery. Each piece you create will come with your choice of a silver or gold-coloured jump ring to attach your new charms wherever you’d like!
