BEGINNER FRIENDLY. This is a relaxed, 3 hour hands-on experience where you’ll leave with something unique and entirely your own. All materials provided. Small class size (8 students) and patient instructors. PART 1 - In this class, you’ll craft a mug that’s more than just a vessel but a reflection of your spirit. Personalize it with meaningful details; patterns, faces, symbols, nature-inspired elements, or small creatures that transform your mug into a reflection of your unique style. As you work, you’ll tap into the flow of your intuition, allowing the energies around you to guide your design. Whether channeling ancient symbols, hidden wisdom, or playful magic, your mug will become a vessel of personal power. Once complete, it will be your companion and serve as a reminder of your creative energy, every sip a moment of connection to your inner world. In this workshop you will learn how to: ~ Roll out a clay slab ~ Create a slab cylinder ~ Attach a base using scratch and slip ~ Create simple handles ~ Sculpt features to add to your vessel ~ Decorate with stamps, carving, and glazes ~ Surface finish to minimize harsh edges PART 2 - GLAZING: After your workshop, return for a glazing session (included).
