BEGINNER FRIENDLY! PERFECT FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEVER TOUCHED CLAY BEFORE This is a relaxed, hands-on experience where you’ll leave with something unique and entirely your own. All materials provided. Small class size and patient instructors. PART 1 - To celebrate the Summer Solstice, we will be featuring Plainsman M350 for our Sun Garden Ornament. A symbol of the sun gives life, stability and prosperity in harvest! With a stunning brown/terracotta finish it will weather beautifully surrounded by flowers, herbs, and greenery, and will bring warmth to your patio or garden this summer. Shape a radiant guardian for your garden in this creative terracotta pottery workshop. Guided by templates or your own ideas, you'll sculpt a sun face ornament complete with expressive features, flowing rays, and textures that celebrate the warmth and character of natural clay. If you don't want a face, we have had spirals, texture patterns and leaf imprints. We encourage you to use your imagination, whether your sun becomes whimsical, serene, mysterious, or delightfully eccentric. Finished pieces can be displayed on a fence, wall, shed, or garden post. Each will emerge with its own unique personality, bringing a touch of warmth and storytelling to the landscape year-round.. Terracotta’s rich earthy tones make it well suited to outdoor spaces.
