BEGINNER FRIENDLY! PERFET FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEVER TOUCHED CLAY BEFORE. This is a relaxed, hands-on experience where you’ll leave with something unique and entirely your own. All materials provided. Small class size and patient instructors. PART 1 - The west coast wind is always looking for something to sing through, and in this workshop, you'll create a ceramic wind chime worthy of the task. Shape and decorate a collection of clay forms that will sway, dance, and chatter in the salt-kissed breeze. Start with a shape from your imagination or one of the many cookie cutters we have in the Studio, then add textures, patterns, and details inspired by your imagination. As the wind finds its way through your finished piece, each note becomes part sculpture, part conversation with the coast and a source of unexpected music. A little wild, a little eccentric, and entirely your own, this wind chime will bring a touch of Pacific magic to any garden, porch, or hidden corner and a little everyday enchantment to its chosen home.
